289 new jobs are to be created in Londonderry in Northern Ireland by OneSource Virtual, a US-based internet company which provides innovative, cloud-based human resources solutions to international firms.  When the jobs are all in place by the end of 2017 it will be a major boost to the area as the new employees will earn approximately £36,000 a year and add an estimated £12million in salaries to the local economy.  OneSource undertook a comprehensve review of a number of possible locations, looking at factors such as availability of a skilled workforce and the financial business case before giving Derry the thumbs up.  OneSource Virtual co-founder and CEO Brian Williams said: “We will be looking for technology graduates with three to five years experience who possess strong verbal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as experienced UK payroll professionals.”  Anyone out there fit the bill?
