If you go into the sea today you’re sure of a big surprise… particularly if you are diving off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast. For aside from the wonderful marine life, divers can also get to view some art after a diving group set up an exhibition which includes (presumably waterproof) copies of two of Leonardo da Vinci’s most famous works of art, the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. The artwork has been attached to a reef eight metres underwater and there are plans to add more famous pictures to the submerged exhibition. If divers do not fancy art however, they could always go and pray. For close by is an underwater chapel dedicated to Saint Nicholas who, when not performing his duties as Santa Claus, is the patron saint of sailors.
